America’s Thanksgiving Parade^® is one of the country’s largest and most spectacular Parades!!! Every November something magical happens on Detroit’s historical Woodward Avenue, a holiday tradition that dates back to 1924. Since then, 82 celebrations of sparkles and magic have captured the imaginations of millions of children and their families.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of Parade spectators line historic Woodward Avenue Thanksgiving morning to watch the larger than life floats, colorful helium filled balloons, thunderous marching bands and exciting specialty acts!!! The Parade is broadcast live locally on WDIV-TV, Channel 4 and syndicated nationally throughout over 40.5 million households.

The Parade Company is currently seeking talented marching bands, unique and entertaining specialty units, beautiful equestrian groups and pageant titleholders to bring their magical presence to the 83^rd America’s Thanksgiving Parade^® this November. There is a magnitude of opportunities to showcase your school or organization!!
